We supply silicone moulded sifter sieves of all sizes which are crevice free, will have precise, and controlled aperture sizes with optimum porosity for high throughputs. We provide traceability to International standards and also TSE BSE free.

We also will be able to supply meshes and sieves suitable for Quadro, Glaat, and Alexander for their range of Co mill screens and flex sift.

On the technology front we found that there is a specific need for sieves capable of generating very fine materials having PSD between 250 microns to 75 microns. The challenge was in maintaining proper particle size distribution and also delivering high outputs. We have started providing sieves with very fine and precise apertures to help the Pharmaceutical industry. The laser sieves are accurate, strong and deliver high throughput.
